1. MORPHE REWARDS PROGRAM

 

1.1 What is Morphe Rewards?

Morphe Rewards is our free rewards program that is currently available to our EU customers only. When you join Morphe Rewards, you will earn points on your product purchases and for other customer actions such as connecting your social media accounts and referring a friend. Your participation in the Morphe Rewards program is governed by this policy as well as our Terms and Conditions.

 

1.2 How do I join Morphe Rewards?

You can sign up to Morphe Rewards online or in-store by visiting eu.morphe.com/rewards and selecting "Join Now/ Sign In". By signing up to Morphe Rewards, you confirm that you are at least 16 years of age. If you don't yet have an account with Morphe, you will need to create one before you can sign up. If you are at a Morphe store, simply scan our Morphe Rewards QR code using your smartphone and this will take you to our sign-up page. There is no sign-up fee to join Morphe Rewards. If you change your mind and want to cancel your participation in Morphe Rewards, please contact us by email at loyaltyprivacy@morphe.com and we will arrange for your Morphe Rewards account to be closed.

 

1.3 Account information and communications.

Any personal information you provide to us in connection with the Morphe Rewards program will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in Morphe Rewards, you will periodically receive emails from us relating to your membership. This may include emails informing you that you have enough points to redeem a voucher or that you have enough € spent to move to the next Tier. If you do not want to receive these emails you will have the option to unsubscribe from them, although some are required for the proper functioning of the Morphe Rewards program.

 

1.4 How it works.

Points can be redeemed for rewards which enable you to receive a discount on future product purchases.
Step 1: Opt in to Morphe Rewards. You'll automatically get 15 points just for doing this.
Step 2: Earn points for purchases (in-store and online) and for other customer actions such as connecting your social media accounts or signing up to our newsletter.
Step 3: Climb the Tiers by making purchases. At higher Tiers, members earn even more points and unlock gifts and exclusive benefits.
Step 4: Redeem your points for vouchers which give you money off purchases. You can also claim special promotions and access exclusive perks, depending on your Tier.

 

1.5 What benefits will I receive?

The benefits that you receive as part of the Morphe Rewards program depend on your Tier. If you unlock a higher Tier, you can earn points faster and get additional benefits. The benefits are subject to change and availability. Those available to you at any time will be shown on the Morphe Rewards dashboard at eu.morphe.com/my-morphe-rewards. Morphe reserves the rights to substitute and/or change the benefits at any time at its discretion.

1.6 Notifications about benefits.

Depending on your Tier, we will contact you to let you know how you can gain access to multiplier days, sales and products. In order to receive these emails you must opt-in to receive promotional and marketing emails from Morphe.

 

1.7 How do I earn points?

You can earn points for every £1 you spend at Morphe (both online and in-store), excluding money spent on gift cards, taxes and shipping and delivery charges. Please contact us for a full list of exclusions. You will not earn any points on historic purchases made before you join Morphe Rewards. The number of points you earn depends on the Tier that you are in at the time of purchase. You can also earn points for the following customer actions:

Sign up to Morphe Rewards

15 points

One-time action. Maximum of 15 points. We track points and rewards using your email address. There is a limit of one Morphe Rewards account per customer.

Complete a purchase

Based on your Tier

Unlimited. Points accrue depending on the Tier that you belong to at the time of purchase: Rising Star = 1 point per 1€ spent, Hotshot = 1.25 points per 1€ spent and Icon = 1.5 points per 1€ spent.

Points accrue on our confirmation of your online order or once our in-store transaction feed is received by our customer marking platform. If your order is cancelled, refunded or if we are otherwise unable to proceed with your order, any points earned from that order will be cancelled.

Complete your profile

15 points

One-time action. Maximum of 15 points. Limited to once per account. To complete your profile, just add the following information to your Morphe Rewards dashboard: first name, last name, phone number, month and day of birth, country, and postal code.

Sign up for our newsletter

15 points

One-time action. Limited to one sign-up per account. Sign up using the form in the site footer. If you have already signed up for our newsletter before joining Morphe Rewards, please re-subscribe to receive your 15 points.

Connect your social media accounts

10 points

One time action per social media account. Maximum of 30 points. Limited to one social media account per platform. Connect with each of the available social channels via the EARN area of your Morphe Rewards dashboard.

Post on your Instagram feed with #MorpheBabe

10 points per post

Maximum of 20 points per 30 days (10 points per post). Before you can earn points for this action, you must first connect your Instagram account to your Morphe Rewards account using the Morphe Rewards dashboard. Then, simply post a photo with the hashtag #MorpheBabe in accordance with our posting guidelines (available at eu.morphe.com/pages/terms-conditions).

Once you have earned points for this reward, you will not be eligible to receive any further points for this reward until the next 30 day period. Deleted pictures, those which remove #MorpheBabe from the caption and those which are not in accordance with our posting guidelines may not count towards your action.

Refer a friend

100 points

Unlimited. You can refer as many people as you like. You will receive the reward each time that a friend that you refer, in accordance with these terms and conditions, makes their first purchase, as long as they are new to the Morphe Rewards program. Existing Morphe Rewards members are not eligible to be referred.

Promotion-based points

You may be eligible to receive points or rewards on certain qualifying purchases or actions from time to time. Bonus point offers are subject to the terms and conditions below as well as any additional terms and conditions that may apply to the individual offer (please see the individual promotional communication for full details including offer validity dates, how to redeem the offer and any brand or other exclusions).

Bonus points are only available during the validity period stated on the individual promotional communication. Bonus points are not available in conjunction with any other offer.

 

 

1.8 How do I progress to the next Tier?

By purchasing products online or in-store. For example, if you spend 76€ in a calendar year, your Tier will be Hotshot and if you spend an additional 125€ in the same calendar year (a total of 201€), your Tier will be Icon. Once you reach a certain Tier, you will remain in this Tier until the end of the following calendar year (unless you reach the Tier(s) above during this period).

 

1.9 What kinds of purchases count?

All products purchased in Morphe stores or on eu.morphe.com, except for the purchase of gift cards, will go towards your Tier advancement. If you purchase products using vouchers, discount codes or promotions, you will earn points on the discounted price at checkout. You can earn points for purchases made using a gift card but you cannot earn points for purchasing a gift card.

 

1.10 How do I spend my points?

You will see options on how to redeem your points in the REWARDS area of the Morphe Rewards dashboard. Redeem your points for vouchers in increments of 100 points. For example, you can exchange 100 points for a 5€ voucher or 200 points for a 10€ voucher. You must redeem your points for vouchers within 365 days from the date on which you earned them, otherwise they will expire. Reward points have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash or store credit. You cannot use your points or a voucher to purchase a gift card.

 

1.11 How do I redeem Welcome and Birthday Awards?

Once you have created your account, your Welcome Award will appear in the REWARDS area of the Morphe Rewards dashboard. Redeem the award to generate a one-time code that gives you 15% off your next purchase. Your Birthday Award will appear in your dashboard on the first day of your birth month and is redeemable for 30 days from that date. The discount percentage of your Birthday Award is determined by your Tier as at the first day of your birthday month. Welcome and Birthday Awards cannot be used to purchase third-party branded products, sale items or gift cards. Taxes and shipping are not included.

 

1.12 How long do my benefits last?

Rewards and perks must be used in the timeframe allotted. You can check the allotted timeframe on your Morphe Rewards dashboard. Once redeemed, reward codes do not expire.

 

1.13 How can I check my points balance?

You can check your points balance in your Morphe Rewards dashboard. The history of your points activity is displayed under the ACTIVITY tab. Points do not always accrue immediately and can take some time to show up on your balance.

 

1.14 How do I refer a friend?

Once you sign up to Morphe Rewards, go to eu.morphe.com/refer-a-friend to share a 5€ code with friends and family via email, Facebook, Twitter, or using a unique link. Your referred friends must use the link to receive their 5€ code. You will receive your points after your referred friend makes their first purchase. Morphe Rewards members are not eligible for referral awards or points.

 

1.15 Can I use my rewards with other discounts, promotions or vouchers?

You can only use one reward, discount code, promotion or voucher at a time. For further information about your use of vouchers, including restrictions on what products you can use them for, please see section 13 of our Terms and Conditions.

 

1.16 Can I transfer my points or benefits to another account?

Points are personal to you and cannot be transferred to, merged with or redeemed by or between customers. However, if you redeem your points for a reward or benefit, you can then give this to someone else these must not be sold. We track points and benefits using your email address. There is a limit of one Morphe Rewards account per customer. Attempting to sell or transfer points is prohibited.

 

1.17 Restrictions.

We may suspend, limit or prevent you from redeeming points, using benefits or otherwise from participating in the Morphe Rewards program if we suspect that your use of your account is unauthorised, fraudulent or otherwise unlawful or in violation of this policy or our Terms and Conditions. This may include but is not limited to: (i) creating multiple accounts; (ii) making false referrals; (iii) reselling products (including those obtained through Morphe Rewards); (iv) using any script, bot, data mine or other automated means to abuse or attempt to gain an unfair advantage over the Morphe Rewards program; or (v) otherwise going against the spirit of the program, such as by improperly or unfairly acquiring, accumulating or spending points.

 

1.18 Cancellation and amendment.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions of this policy, including the benefits available, at any time. Reward points, benefits or vouchers can be terminated at any time at our discretion. We also reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to suspend or terminate any customer's account if a virus or technical problem corrupts the administration, security, safety or proper function of our Website or the Morphe Rewards Program, or otherwise breaches this policy or our Terms and Conditions.

1.20 Disputes.

In the event of a dispute arising relating to the application or administration or the Morphe Rewards Program including those relating to points, benefits, rewards or vouchers (a "Dispute"), Morphe's decision on the matter will be final. The sole and exclusive remedy of a participant in the Morphe Rewards program in the event of a Dispute shall be the issuance of points, vouchers or other benefits, if available, or such other comparable benefit as determined by Morphe in its sole discretion. In no event shall Morphe have any other liability to the participant whatsoever.

 

1.21 Personal data.

Morphe, LLC is the data controller of any personal information it collects about from you in relation to Morphe Rewards. Any personal information will be used in accordance with data protection legislation, other applicable laws and these terms and conditions.
